YOGA IN THE PARK
We believe yoga is for everyone!
Pay-what-you-can yoga classes are offered twice a week. And no need to register!
Fridays 6:30pm
Sundays 10:30am
Meet in Sir Georges-Étienne de Cartier park between the pool and the fountain.
Yoga in the Park is not affected by the holiday closures. There are classes as usual! In case of rain, the class will be held at the studio.
WORKSHOPS
OCTOBER
Creativity and consciousness workshop “Mon livre de recettes et astuces pour MA vie améliorée”
Date: Sunday October 3rd from 10am to 4pm (including 1 hour for lunch)
Cost: 65$ material included, bring your lunch
We will do the workshop sitting on the ground. Let us know if you need a chair and a table and we will have one for you!

Date: Saturday October 16th from 1pm to 4pm.
Cost: 35$ material included, bring a snack.
Your child will need a picture of his/her face, around 4cm.
